Требования к документам

 Pls be informed that all documents must be sent to us by e-mail as per following requirements :

 All documents must be scan only in PDF or JPG format with 150 dpi. We are not accept scans in doc format !!!

1. COC & Endorsement ( all pages)

2.GMDSS & Endorsement ( all pages)

3.All  Certificates as per STCW 78/95 ( both sides)

4. SBK( first page and other pages with vessels signs)

5. Travel passport ( first page and pages with visas valid)

6. Yellow Fever

7.Medical Examination Certificate (satisfy to  MLC-2006)

8.Photo with 300 dpi
